The Edwards Residence by Cutler Anderson Architects
The Seattle, Washington based was given a modest budget to design a home for a family of four on a relatively tight, wooded, suburban lot, which is adjacent to a small suburban park. In order to reduce costs, the building was designed to both fit on the land as a single object with a minimum of surface area, and to orient all of the living spaces toward the adjacent park.
